Terms & Conditions: 
Registration & Classes

1. All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Post-dated cheque is not acceptable.
2. A receipt will be issued when payment is received, which will serve as a confirmation of enrollment of the class. 
3. There will be no replacement / make-up class if the child is absent. 
4. Permission will be given to Rising Achievers Learning & Enrichment Centre to use images and video of the child taken during classes for advertising and promotional purposes.
5. Rising Achievers Learning & Enrichment Centre shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or any mishap whatsoever that may occur during classes or at the premises if the school.
6. Workshops will commence once the minimum number is achieved. Either a replacement workshop will be provided or money will be refunded based on mutual agreement.
7. Dates & time slots are subjected to changes.

Discounts, Promo codes & Offers:

1. Discounts & Promo codes will not be applicable to on-going classes.
2. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes, discounts or offers.
3. Any discounts, promo codes or offers will only be valid for one use per customer.
